Most Routes Were Disrupted 

From The Conflict Destruction  

On Top Of Those Issues,

The Rough Riders And Raiders

Robbed Many Of Shipments .

Self Named Bandits Pulled Stunts, 

Many Which Were Hung On Site. 

The Courts And Legal Rights Were Non Existent. 

 Scandals Ripped Through The Government Offices. 

A Directive Changed The Operation, 

Of The Post Office And Banking Operation. 

As States Took Control Of Law Enforcement. 

A Series Of Stamps Were Issued 

That Could Be Used As Cash. 

Like The Para Programs In Europe.

Over And Out
